The professional - I am a family nurse practitioner (FNP) and have worked in healthcare for over 18 years. I graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (MCPHS) with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2009. I then worked as a nurse in a variety of settings from outpatient dermatologic surgery to progressive cardiovascular care. In 2015, I became a family nurse practitioner (FNP) after completing my Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from Georgetown University. As a nurse practitioner, I have worked in community health providing care for complex acute and chronic conditions, performing procedures, promoting wellness, and everything in between. I still love doing this work and continue to work full-time as a primary care provider for the Navajo Nation.
I completed comprehensive training in botulinum toxin applications through Empire Medical Training in February 2024. I was then able to train with one of the most respected injectors in Flagstaff, gaining valuable hands-on experience and insight into advanced techniques. I am committed to comprehensive care and have completed additional training through the American Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery (AAAMS), specializing in the use of botulinum toxin for migraine treatment.
The person - My husband and I moved to Flagstaff in 2017. Our amazing daughter was born in late 2019. I love to run and can often be found at local races. Flagstaff pushed me from a max of 26.2 miles to having run multiple ultramarathons. I've gotten stronger with time, but have also learned that any pace is a good pace.

Artio Health was created to make aesthetics more accessible and affordable. Botox is not just for celebrities or those looking for a glamorous look! It’s great for anyone wanting to feel their best. It can help with various concerns like wrinkles or even migraines, allowing you to focus on your next adventure. You can treat yourself to just a few units to help soften your frown lines or you can get a full face refresh. Botox has also been shown to prevent migraines better than oral medications. It can also treat hyperhidrosis (excessive underarm sweating) for the chronic sweater, or plan for an upcoming special event. I can work with you to meet your goals.
My daughter was born in late December 2019. For those of you doing math at home, you already figured out that I went back to my community health job in late March of 2020. 2020 was an intense time for everyone. I was a new mom and my world at work was turned upside down. I learned that time is precious and a little self-care is necessary. Emerging from the pandemic, I was a young mom, ultra runner, and still a full-time healthcare provider. Self care, including botox helped me feel refreshed.
